- Increase your consumption of leafy green vegetables, nuts, seeds and fruits?preferably organic. They?re rich in magnesium and vitamins.
- Avoid refined sugar like sodas, candy, cookies and so on.
- Avoid caffeine. Even though it stimulates your body, caffeine may actually contribute to fatigue.
If the cause of your chronic fatigue hasn?t been diagnosed, you will want to explore possible causes, such as low thyroid or other hormonal imbalances, Lyme disease, Candida infection, allergies, and other conditions.
